Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup Andean Star Gluten-Free Baking Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple sauce
  • ¼ cup coconut oil

Directions

  • Whisk the wet and dry ingredients together in separate bowls.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  • Pour into a greased 9-inch cake pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F.
